Üsküdar & Maiden's Tower

What's up people?
We're thrilled to announce our Üsküdar & Maiden's Tower! 
We'll start our trip in Üsküdar at 11.00 AM on the 14th of October with delicious grilled fish sandwiches, then we will see the magnificent Maiden’s Tower up close and personal. Maiden’s Tower, or Kız Kulesi, is an ancient site in Istanbul located on a tiny islet in the middle of Bosphorus Strait that has a rich history. The origin of the tower isn't completely known, leading to legends such as one attesting that it was built to lock away a princess after it was prophesized she would die from a snake bite on her 18th birthday – hence the name Maiden’s Tower.

We'll meet in front of South Campus Gate at 10:00 AM.
